The roll was taken with the following result: SB 257 am--RECONSIDERATION Third Reading Final Passage YEAS: 36 NAYS: 0 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 4 Yeas: Austerman, Barnes, Brice, Brown, Bunde, Davies, B.Davis, G.Davis, Elton, Foster, Green, Grussendorf, Ivan, James, Kelly, Kohring, Kott, Kubina, Long, Mackie, Masek, Mulder, Navarre, Nicholia, Ogan, Parnell, Phillips, Porter, Robinson, Rokeberg, Sanders, Therriault, Toohey, Vezey, Williams, Willis Absent: Finkelstein, Hanley, Martin, Moses Kelly changed from "Nay" to "Yea". And so, SB 257 am passed the House on reconsideration, was signed by the Speaker and Chief Clerk and returned to the Senate.
